Fractional CFO Services

I can serve as your dedicated financial expert, overseeing accounting transactions and representing your financial position to your board, funders, and stakeholders. I am also a thought partner to founders, CEOs and visionaries who need a financial management expert on their side to provide objective and analytic thought partnership when making business decisions.

Service Level Options:

Bookkeeping, Accounting & CFO Services

Work with me and my bookkeeping staff to execute payable, receivable, and payroll transactions, perform necessary monthly reconciliations and budget to actual reporting. We work exclusively in Quickbooks Online, Bill Payables & Receivables, Bill Spend & Expense and your selected PEO platform.

CFO Services

Already have a bookkeeper or transactional accounting firm that is working well? I can also provide CFO level services, including review of month-end financial reports, preparation of annual budgets, oversight of annual audit/form 990 preparation, long term budgeting and financial scenario planning.  

All Service Levels Include:

  • Reporting to your board, including leading finance/audit committees

  • Preparation of budgets and financial reporting to funders

  • Setup and maintenance of internal control structures

  • Capacity planning for financial management needs

 

Short-Term Engagements

I can assist with shorter-term engagements for your organization, such as performing a diagnostic of your financial management practices, or advising on spinning out of a fiscal sponsor.
